These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website 1streset.com and the First Reset online program (together, the “Service”), operated by First Reset (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Not Medical Advice

The Service provides general fitness and nutrition education. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a physician or other qualified health provider. Always consult your physician before beginning this or any other diet or exercise program — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or have any history of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other chronic illness. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or watched in the Service. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other symptom while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

3. Results Vary

Testimonials and results shown on the Service reflect the individual experiences of specific members. They are examples of what is possible, not a promise of what you will achieve. Results are not typical and are not guaranteed — your outcome will depend on your effort, consistency, starting point, genetics, diet, and other factors.

4. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By using the Service you voluntarily accept that risk and agree that you are responsible for exercising within your own limits. You are responsible for your food choices as well, including checking every recipe and meal swap against your own allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal — you may not share, resell, or transfer access to the program. Notify us immediately at support@1streset.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Purchases, Refunds & Lifetime Access

• Prices are shown at checkout and charged as a one-time payment — no recurring fees.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@1streset.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.
• “Lifetime access” means access to the purchased content, including future updates to it, for as long as the First Reset program is operated. If we ever discontinue the program, we will give reasonable advance notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

7. License to the Content

All content in the Service — videos, meal plans, recipes, workout programs, text, graphics, and branding — belongs to First Reset or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly share, sell, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

8. Community Rules

The member community exists to support members. When posting, you agree not to publish content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, misleading, spam, medical advice to other members, or anything unlawful. We may remove content or suspend community access at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a license to display it within the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms — for example by sharing your account or redistributing the content. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Reset will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury arising from your use of the program, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which First Reset is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
